While I was looking for nudes & neutrals, I decided to just add the items I really loved to my shopping cart. I was surprised that they only added up to around $5,000 (pre-tax). I thought it would be way more. Anyway, if I had that five grand (plus tax), here’s what I’d get. Each piece is a little trendy, but I think each one has a few seasons (at least) of staying power.
Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti silk chiffon tiered dress:

Fendi cotton babydoll trench. It looks a lot like the Juicy one I have, but if you saw it in Fendi’s window display with a matching bag like I did, you would love it enough to buy two red trench coats too!

Helmut Lang Shearling cropped jacket. Dior made one like this a few seasons ago and I was obsessed with it.

Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti bubble-hem dress. I find the bubble hem very flattering on everyone, and this is belted at just the right height.
